Should "sex talk" be age Restricted?

Should there be an age restriction to talk to children about sex, or should young people be educated from an early age about this topic? Many parents avoid mentioning the term "sex" to their children, because they think they will influence their kids to have sexual intercourse at an early age. What parents fail to realize is that their children can learn about sex somewhere else. At times, children are given the wrong information about sex from their peers, thus they are more likely to make bad mistakes. Children who are educated about sexual intercourse from their parents are more likely to be cautious about having sex.
There is a high percentage of teenagers that are becoming parents at an early age. Many people believe that this is due to unprotected sex. This idea is perhaps true, but of those teens who had unprotected sex, how many had a 101 conversation with their parents about this topic. The answer, very few. So, I strongly believe that this subject should be mentioned from young to children.
